Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated Shipping Times

U.S. Orders: Delivery within 3-5 business days.
Puerto Rico Orders: Delivery within 4-7 business days, depending on location and local postal service efficiency.

🚨 Important: The United States Postal Service (USPS) may experience delays due to high shipping volumes, weather conditions, or local disruptions. These delays are beyond our control.

We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for packages affected by severe weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Tracking Information

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Tracking links are usually available within 1-2 business days after the shipping label is created.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Beautyrosee Boutique is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility.

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed:
✅ You can file a claim directly with USPS or UPS.

Filing a Claim with USPS

If tracking is not updating or your package is not delivered within 10 business days, contact us within 30 days of the shipping date.
We cannot assist with claims beyond this timeframe due to carrier policies.

Additional Shipping Policies

Extreme weather conditions, holidays, and high order volumes may impact delivery times.
Orders over $200 may require signature confirmation for security reasons.
Unclaimed packages returned to us cannot be refunded. Reshipping fees will apply.
Free shipping is available on orders over $75 (subject to changes during promotions and special sales).
