Return Policy


Return Conditions

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Items must be new, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Tags must not be removed or cut.
  • You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

🚨 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
✅ If the error was on our part, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

📌 Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Important Return Guidelines

Include your information inside the package:

  • A copy of your invoice, OR
  • A note with your name, order number, and email.

Returns are only eligible for store credit.
🚫 No cash refunds will be issued.

Damaged Items or Order Errors

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 24 hours if:

❌ The item is defective.
❌ You received the wrong product.

⚠️ Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this period will result in no store credit being issued.


Non-Returnable Items

🚫 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale items
  • Shapewear
  • Hair products
  • Personal care items (makeup, skincare, swimsuits, bodysuits)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead:

1️⃣ Return the item following our return process.
2️⃣ Once approved, you will receive store credit.
3️⃣ Use the credit to purchase the correct size or another product.

📌 Store credit does not expire.


Unacceptable Returns & Misuse Policy

🔹 Items must be free of odors, stains, and damage, including makeup or deodorant stains.
🚫 If an item appears worn or used, no store credit will be issued, and the customer may be banned from future purchases.
📌 Unacceptable returns will require the customer to cover reshipping costs if they wish to have the item returned.


Return Processing Time

⏳ Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of arriving at our facility.
⏳ During peak seasons, processing may take 15-20 business days.

✅ Once approved, store credit will be issued.
✅ Store credit covers the product price and taxes, but not shipping costs.

📌 Keep your return tracking number:

  • Proof of delivery to our facility is required for processing.
  • 🚫 No exceptions will be made.

Final Sale Items – No Returns or Exchanges

🚫 Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:

  • Items listed under the "Sale" category.
  • Contact lenses, skincare, makeup, swimsuits, bodysuits.
  • Any discounted or promotional items.

🚫 No exceptions will be made.


Shipping Fees & Refunds

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers must cover return shipping costs.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer must pay for reshipping.

Refunds

✅ Once your return is inspected and approved, we will notify you.
✅ Refunds are issued as store credit only.
