Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States and Puerto Rico.
How long will my order take?
Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 3–5 business days in the US and 4–5 business days in Puerto Rico.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total and address.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we send you the tracking number by email or text. It can take 24–48 hours to show updates.
Payments and deals
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, and Afterpay to pay in 4 installments.
How do the Lip Oil and sunglasses deals work?
Lip Oil: 3 for $25 or 5 for $35. Sunglasses: 1 for $15, and with 2 or more you pay $10 each. The discount is applied automatically in the cart.
Returns
Can I return a product?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for new, unused items in their original packaging. Please email us first to get authorization.
Which products can't be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of makeup, skincare, hair care and other personal care items, or sale and final sale items.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do?
Email us within 24 hours of receiving it, with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
